# Fictional notes to practice with Three sets of rough notes, invented, for lessons 1 and 6 of module 3. The people, the companies and the amounts are fictional. Copy the set of your choice into your conversation, or use your own notes (see the end of the page). Each set hides a **trap**: a piece of information that contradicts itself, or that is missing. Your document must flag it, without settling it for you. The answers are at the end, read them only after your attempt. ## Everyday variant: organizing a weekend with friends ``` - weekend 14-15 or 21-22 nov ?? Léa can't do the 14th - max budget €120/person all included (Tom said 100 max ??) - house near Wimereux seen online, ~€420 for the 2 nights, to be confirmed - cars: Tom (5 seats), Sarah maybe - groceries: big shop on arrival - ask who is really coming, Hugo hasn't replied - idea: walk at cap Gris-Nez on Saturday - house deposit €300 ? who pays upfront ? ``` **To produce**: an organization sheet with the possible dates, the budget, what is left to book, who does what, and the questions to ask the group. ## Work variant: meeting notes from a client meeting ``` meeting 3/11 video call - client Ombrelune (lamps) + agency Pictoplume + me - christmas campaign: 3 insta visuals + 1 website banner - client wants a "warm" tone, not "luxury" - client refused the gold color - agency delivers V1 of the visuals on 12/11 ? (Marc says 14) - ad budget not yet approved on the client side -> follow up with Inès - banner formats: I'm the one sending them to the agency - next meeting: not set ``` **To produce**: meeting notes (decisions, actions with who, what and when, points to confirm) and a **draft** summary email. The email is never sent by the AI. ## Creator variant: describing a small tool before building it ``` idea: small tool to track the club's equipment loans (balls, bibs, cones) - today it's a notebook, we lose stuff - note who borrows, what, when, returned or not - 3 volunteers would use it, mostly on phone - must be free - if possible no account to create - later: a reminder when it's not returned ? ``` **To produce**: a needs sheet (the problem, who uses it, the essential functions, what will come later, the constraints, the open questions). We are not building the tool yet. ## With your own notes - Use only notes that belong to you, or that you have the right to use. - Nothing from the "never" list in module 1: passwords, codes, numbers (social security, card, IBAN), health, private information about other people. - For work notes, first check what your employer or your client allows. ## The traps (read after your attempt) - **Everyday**: two maximum budgets (€120 and €100: a shared ceiling or Tom's?), and the date of the 14th, which doesn't suit Léa. The sheet presents them as questions to ask the group, without choosing. - **Work**: two delivery dates (12/11 and 14/11), and a follow-up with no one assigned (who follows up with Inès?). The meeting notes write "to be confirmed" and "[to be completed]", without guessing. - **Creator**: the reminder is noted "later". The sheet does not put it among the essential functions, and does not add a function that nobody asked for. --- Practical AI Course, Maxime Toulemonde (EI, sole proprietorship).
