# My troubleshooting sheet

Keep it near your computer, or in your **mon-espace-ia** folder. It is for when something is stuck, and when you ask for help.

## The 4 reflexes, in order

1. **Read the message** in full, and copy it as is.
2. **Check the 3 settings**: the open folder (**mon-espace-ia**), the mode (**Manual**), the signed-in account.
3. **Restart**: quit the app completely, reopen it, open a new session.
4. **Update** the app, then open a new session.

## To ask for help

Copy these lines and fill them in. Never a password, and never a screenshot where one appears.
