# Video checklist before publishing

To go through on the **exported file**, not on the editing project (lesson 6). A checked line = checked by you.

## 1. The content

- ☐ Every fact (date, day of the week, place, price) checked against the notes (module 10, lesson 5)
- ☐ Every subtitle proofread: spelling, names, dates, numbers
- ☐ Every on-screen text can be read in full
- ☐ The length is the target length

## 2. The sound

- ☐ The voice is clear, above the music
- ☐ No abrupt cut and no forgotten silence

## 3. The rights

- ☐ Every image: source and right to use it noted (lesson 2)
- ☐ The music: license known, credit written if one is required (lesson 4)
- ☐ The voice: mine, or a voice I have the right to use (lesson 3)
- ☐ No recognizable face without written permission; for a minor, the parents' permission

## 4. The transparency

- ☐ Realistic content generated or modified by AI: flagged on the platform (for example the "AI use" setting in YouTube Studio)
- ☐ AI-generated music that carries the video: flagged
- ☐ A deep fake: flagged as artificially generated or modified content

## 5. The file

- ☐ The format the platform asks for (for YouTube: MP4 container, H.264 video, AAC audio)
- ☐ Vertical or horizontal, as planned
- ☐ Watched in full, on a phone, with and without sound
- ☐ Dated name, and editing project kept
