Benefit
Go from a vague idea to a finished result, while staying in charge of the decisions. This is the method that ties the rest of the course together.
By the end, you will be able to
- frame a need: goal, success criteria, minimum version;
- break a project down into steps you can check;
- have each step validated (criteria, review, test);
- pass on the context from one session to the next on a long project;
- decide when to do it yourself, when to ask the AI, and when to consult a professional.
Demonstration
A small real project run at high speed, from the project sheet to the review, with one step deliberately scaled down along the way.
Exercise and result
A personal or professional project carried through to the end, at a realistic scale, with its sheet, its journal and its review.
